Our 2017 Vermentino is a light, crisp wine with fresh citrus and floral notes. Extremely versatile and food friendly, this wine is also perfect for every day sipping. Paired with seafood or poultry, Vermentino is a refreshing alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.
The fruit was whole cluster pressed and allowed to settle in tank for one day before being transferred to experienced French barrels where fermentation was allowed to begin. After the primary fermentation was complete the lees were stirred weekly to build mouth feel. Malolactic fermentation was induced to bring acidity into balance.
