Light straw color with honey crisp apple, apricot, guava, and pink grapefruit. Medium bodied with a rich, lively finish.
Hand-picked clusters of ripe Pinot Noir were whole-cluster pressed at low pressure to liberate an aromatic light pink juice. After settling in tank overnight, the juice was transferred to neutral French oak barrels and allowed to ferment with feral yeast. During the ten months spent on lees, the wine shed its pigment and while developing body and bouquet.
